Delivery times
How long it takes.
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then travel from Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Order prepared
1–3 business days
Each bottle is checked, sealed and wrapped before it leaves the house.
Fragrance orders
3–7 business days
Sent with tracking, so the parcel can be followed from our door to yours.
Jewelry-only orders
3–5 business days
For an order of jewelry alone, without a fragrance in the box.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, by destination and parcel weight. Taxes and any import duties are shown by the checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Orders leave from the house address. Returns come back to the returns address — please don’t send a parcel to the other one.

If it isn’t right.
Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and sealed, in its original packaging. Items marked final sale cannot be returned. Return postage is paid by the sender.
- 1Write to dvashfragrances@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- 2We reply within one business day with authorisation and the returns address.
- 3Pack the bottle unopened and sealed, in its original packaging.
- 4Once the parcel reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method.
